I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, substance abuse, mood disorders, and
compulsive gambling. I also provide therapy services for many other mental health issues.
My services include:
• Diagnostic Interview/Assessment
• Substance Abuse Evaluations
• Individual Counseling
• Employee Assistance Program Benefit Sessions through many national
EAP companies
• Seminar services and speaking engagements for schools, medical and
business organizations, and the public
• Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Evaluations (DOT SAP)
I am contracted with most insurance companies allowing you to receive in-network benefits
through your insurance plan. My office appointment hours, Monday-Thursday 12pm to 9pm,
are accommodating to clients who require evening appointments. If your employer offers
Employee Assistance Program benefits, it is likely that I am a provider for those services as
well. EAP sessions are brief in nature, 3-5 sessions, but are at no cost to the employee. My
usual and customary fees are reasonable for the Kansas City market. I do accept private
pay clients for those that do not want to utilize their insurance benefits or for those clients
who do not have insurance. I accept cash, check, money order, or payment may be made by
using a credit card/debit card through the online service below. DOT SAP evaluations and
NON DOT SAP evaluations must be paid by cash, money order, or credit/debit card.
